Discovery Place KIDS offers a childhood learning experience like no other. Kids explore their world, testing new ideas, developing fine and large motor skills and gaining self confidence.

Curriculum Details: All curriculum aligns with NC Standard Course of Study, and Foundations: Early Learning Standards for North Carolina Preschoolers and Strategies for Guiding Their Success.
Not booking a Class? School group visits are welcome. School group visit is charged at $5.00 per student. 2 chaperones per 10 students required and admitted free. Additional chaperones admitted at $5.00 per chaperone.
Young students can explore the world at the new Discovery Place KIDS and discover how to get along with others, test their skills and muscles, try out new ideas, and feel competent enough to try different activities.

An adventure in play is available all Summer for ages 2 – 8. From art to animals and from Earth to the stars there's a new theme each week to keep little minds and muscles growing. Bring your friends or plan to make new ones as we have fun experimenting with new ideas and learning new skills.
